Camisana produces precision spheres. They are produced within tolerance limits according to the international standard ISO 3302 in class M1 or according to the tolerances required by the customer. The centesimal dimensions of the balls vary according to the polymer used. After the moulding they are carefully deburred, ground to obtain a smooth and homogeneous surface, washed and sanitized in case of contact with foodstuffs. We are available for moulding balls with non-standard diameters according to the needs of your application. The balls can be produced with any type of elastomer, with the desired hardness and colour. The main applications are: shock absorbers, bearings, anti-siphon devices, beverage dispensers, aesthetics, medical products and valves. We have a warehouse with different diameters already produced.
